Principal, Ron L. Balderach, AIA
Ron Balderach, principal of Balderach & Company, has over 32
years of practice working within the Texas Hill Country, primarily employing
site-sensitive design and natural, contextual Texas vernacular style –i.e.,
using regional materials to complement the site. The firm has consistently
delivered a high quality, beautiful and enduring product incorporating
environmentally responsible design concepts.
We enjoy a long list of committed clients for whom we have designed and
built multiple projects, which speaks highly of their experience with our
firm.
In addition to our residential clients, our customer base includes
respected business leaders, local tourism groups and government, and land/real
estate developers. The firm occasionally builds projects for other architects
in the area.
Balderach & Company has developed a team of loyal, skilled craftsman,
sub-contractors and suppliers. We have long-standing relationships, working in
partnership with most of them for over 20 years.
Architectural master planning, design, cost estimating, and construction of
commercial and residential projects encompass our key areas of expertise.
In his role as principal, Ron Balderach is well-versed and knowledgeable in
municipal building code review, and the federal requirements for the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA), and green building concepts.
Members of the firm are highly skilled in project coordination, as well as
cost and construction management in the residential, commercial, religious and
governmental sectors of the design and build industry.
In addition, the firm is practiced in the coordination of mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural engineers.
